Access to certain features — including the practitioner portal, client portal, and enterprise dashboard — is restricted to authorized users and requires a valid account.

Accounts and Access

Accounts are issued by invitation or upon approval of an application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@strivesolutions.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, diagnostic frameworks, and tools available through the Services — including Quantum Strategy™ and the Quantum Leadership Index™ — are the intellectual property of Strive Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Licensed practitioners may use designated marks and methodology only as expressly permitted under their licensing agreement. No other use is authorized without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Certain information shared through the platform — including engagement data, diagnostic outputs, and client information — is treated as confidential. Practitioners and enterprise users agree not to disclose such information outside the scope of their authorized engagement. These obligations survive termination of your account or agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Strive Solutions does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Advisory and diagnostic outputs are intended to support — not replace — professional judgment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
